Materials and Specifications

One plain stainless steel egg separator with a circular rim, central yolk cup and two opposing curved drainage slots. It has a smooth tubular handle with a small wire hanging loop. Approximate overall length including the loop is 7.87 in (20 cm); outer head diameter is 2.83 in (7.2 cm). Steel grade and dishwasher compatibility are not specified.

One stainless steel egg separator. Eggs, bowls, board and other kitchen styling accessories are not included.

Use and Care

Wash before first use. Hold the separator steadily above a suitable bowl and gently place a cracked egg into the central cup, allowing white to drain without forcing the yolk through the slots. Use a separate container for each egg when checking quality. Hand wash promptly with mild detergent after contact with raw egg, rinse and dry. Store clean and dry. Adult kitchen tool.
